Biography:

At age nineteen Rick Little suffered a series of personal struggles, which led him to consider how he might help other youth cope with challenges they faced in their own lives.

Following extensive research and thousands of interviews, Little set about creating a life skills and substance abuse prevention program. Little set up Quest International, which has developed into a thirty country network of home-school-community programs addressing the issues young people face in their daily lives.

As well as serving as Chairman for Quest International, Little also founded the International Youth Foundation, which supports positive youth development programs.
