Biography:

For much of the 1990s Michael Novak has concentrated on international business issues. Novak co-convened the "Global Companies/Local Leaders" Forum on the balance between global and local issues for multinational corporations.

Michael Novak is Vice President - Asia Pacific for Sterling Software. Though he now lives in Tokyo, his career has been predominantly centred on the Silicon Valley software industry. Novak has served as President of Clarke Consulting Group - a United States/Asia intercultural consultancy - amongst other engagements.
