Biography:

Alan Jones has been Dean of Grace Cathedral, San Francisco since 1985. Prior to becoming Dean, he was Director of the Centre for Christian Spirituality and a Professor of Theology.

The author of a number of books including Soul Making, The Desert Way of Spirituality and The Soul's Journey, Jones is popular as a gifted preacher. Born and educated in England, now resident in the United States, Jones travels the world preaching, lecturing and leading retreats.
